I am Parmesan; you never ask me to compromise my sharp character.

I am Gorgonzola; I take my time before I show you my darker sides.

I am Swiss Cheese; complex in character, but still full of empty holes.

I am Chèvre; convinced you belong to a different species.

I am Brie; be careful breaking down my hard exterior; you will find a sensitive core.

I am Feta; take care of me—I may seem put together, but I crumble easily.

I am Gouda; complete on my own, yet will readily melt to you.

I am Aged Cheddar; I want to grow old together.

x Gem.
